• Now select Update & Security

• Then click on Troubleshoot
• Now click on the Windows Store app and proceed with the process to complete it

Run wsreset.exe:

  • Press Windows key+R key
  • The RUN dialogue box will appear
  • Type wsreset.exe and press Enter
  • Let the wsreset.exe run completely and see if the issue is fixed

Repair the Microsoft Store:

  • Open the command prompt and run as admin
  • Now type in the following command in the command prompt

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted –Command “& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}.

  • Let the command run and then restart your PC
