How to use Microsoft Wallet on Windows 10 Mobile

Microsoft has finally released a practical version of its Wallet app that allows Windows 10 phone owners to use virtually all the functions listed in the Microsoft Store. The new Wallet app is currently only available to insiders running Windows 10 Mobile Build 14360 or higher. Microsoft will release this app for the public with the birthday improvement.

The Wallet app has been available in the Microsoft Store for a long time but it was very unpopular due to its lack of functionality. Fortunately, the tech giant has finally released its internal wallet app, bringing contactless mobile payments to its platform after Apple and Google allowed its users to do so.

In addition, only three Windows 10 terminals are compatible with this app: Lumia 650, Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL.

  • Pay contactless with a standard credit or debit card
  • Save as many credits and debit cards as you want
  • Store Awards and Membership Cards
  • Support for Visa and MasterCard through major banks with new banks
  • The phone app doesn’t store your card number or PIN, so if you lose your phone, your money is safe.

Open the Wallet app
Swipe right or left for payment or loyalty and penalty.
To add a new card, tap the “+” sign based on the screen.
In the pop-ups, you can choose”Credit or Debit Card” or “Customer Card or Membership Card”.
If you wish to include an incentive or loyalty card, we will support it with a record of loyalty training programs. You can add your card manually if you are not available at the show.
The card number can be added manually or someone else scans your Windows 10 phone.
