This news about Windows 11 editions is disclosed by Bluetooth SIG (Standard Interest Group), responsible authority of Blutooth global standards worldwide.
Why you may trust their words? Because Microsoft is a member of this standard group. However, Microsoft can change their mind and plans anytime, just like they announced Windows 11 after Windows 10. Remember the company announced in 2015 that Windows 10 will be the last Windows OS by the company. Anyhow, their company, their words and their decision. We are all consumers.
Meanwhile, Microsost has not told any specific detail about editions except home and pro. Let us mention that the Bluetooth SIG is a very authentic organization and does not say things without solid reasons. Therefore, we expect the numbers would be almost same with just a few variants, if it happens so.

We have to wait untill October 2021 when Windows 11 stable version will be released for public. Till the first release, Microsoft will be releasing insider previews for developers and beta versions.
